Random Sampling fails to move items to the review set because of an issue resolving savesets. Value 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx' is already present.
Exact Error Message
An error occurred while resolving savesets. System.Data.ConstraintException: Column 'TID' is constrained to be unique

Details:
When using Statistical Sampling there is a possibility for the Journal Connector to errantly place a duplicate item in the (pre-processing stage) collection table for Randomly Sampled Items (tblVaultSamples).  During the stage in which all sampled items are verified by resolving the Saveset Identity value the error will present itself as a duplicate item 'is already present' .
