Cause:

This issue occurs when the Updated License/Product Activation Keys for agent options other than the core product are not entered or license keys are missing after an upgrade to a higher version.  

Solution:

Obtain the correct License/Product Activation Keys for the upgraded version and run the Backup Exec Installation again to enter these keys.  For additional information on how to check the license information and obtain licensing, please refer to the Related Documents below.
