'Unknown Error' is generated when attempting to delete a corrupt message from the Journal mailbox

Details:
After determining that an item is corrupt and should be
deleted from the Journal mailbox Failed to Copy folder performing a delete on
the item results in an error of 'Unknown
Error'.
Workaround:
1. Highlight the item(s)
2.
In Outlook for the Journal Mailbox go to Edit, Move to Folder on
the tool bar.
3. Select the Deleted Items folder.
4. The
corrupt item in the Failed to Copy folder are moved to the Deleted
Items folder.
5. Once the items are in the Deleted Items
folder, they can be deleted normally.
