If Exchange 2003 is installed on a local media server, Backup Exec will not be able to backup another Exchange 2007 Server in the same or different domain

Details:

As per the requirement, to back up Exchange Server 2007 using GRT (Granular Recovery Technology), Exchange Management Tools must be installed on the Backup Exec Media Server. Exchange 2007 Management Tools cannot be installed on a machine which already has a complete installation of Exchange 2003 installed. (As two different versions of Exchange cannot be installed on the same server). Exchange 2007 Management Tools also cannot be installed on a Backup Exec Media Server which is in a workgroup or not a member of the domain, since installation would require connectivity to Active Directory.
