Exact Error Message
The capture provider 'rptool' failed to open:
Could not open the driver because it is not installed, or because no tape or changer class devices are attached to the local system.

Details:
CAUSE:
This has been reported when running tracer on system with that contain a device which is not support, as well as on servers with SCSI tape drives that are connected to RAID controllers.

RESOLUTION:
Please check the hardware compatibility list and confirm the drive/library is supported. If the drive is supported, please verify that it is not connected to a RAID controller.
