CASO (Central Admin Server Option): Unable to expand the devices on Managed Media Servers (MMS) from the Central Admin Server (CAS)
Details:
This behavior has been
reported in large scale CASO (Central Admin Server Option) environments that
contain a mixture of 32-bit MMS and 64-bit MMS (Managed Media Server's). In such
an environment, the Central Admin Server will manage a large number of tape
libraries and drives.
WORKAROUND:To be able
to expand the Devices on the effected MMS servers, from the Device tab on the
CAS server minimize the very top level of the devices page where you see
'Storage Devices.'
After minimizing 'Storage Devices,' expand it back
out and all of the effected MMS servers should now be expandable.
