This TechNote contains the entire list of NetBackup Enterprise Server 6.5.3 Release Updates for download.  
6.5.3 Release Updates requires 6.5 GA be installed before installation. The release updates are cumulative and do not require the application of the previous release update. For example, a customer running 6.5.GA can apply the 6.5.3 release updates directly, there is no need to apply 6.5.1/6.5.2 in order to move to the 6.5.3 level.
NetBackup 6.5.3 Hotfix 1 (6.5.3.1) is posted to the Support Web site.  A full list of links for download can be found in the following TechNote:    http://entsupport.symantec.com/docs/319624

This Hotfix installation of 6.5.3.1 requires NetBackup to be at the 6.5.3 release update level, or requires the environment be utilizing LiveUpdate.
