Backup Exec detects libraries with multiple tape drives properly, but some of the jobs initiated fail to run

Details:
Backup Exec detects libraries with multiple tape drives properly, but when multiple jobs start at the same time, the first and second jobs may start normally while the rest are in either in "Queued" State or "Ready; no idle devices available" state, even though additional tape drives are available.

Solution:

1. Go into the Windows Device Manager.
2. Check the Medium Changer drivers.  If the Medium Changer OEM Drivers are listed, change to the Unknown Medium Changer driver.
3. Shut the server all the way down, power cycle the library until it as at an online, ready state, then boot the server.
