In addition to the operating system software
and NetBackup client software, a Linux SRT requires open source products that
may not be included in the vendor Linux distribution. This requirement is
listed in the VERITAS NetBackup Bare Metal Restore 6.5 System Administrator's
Guide under "Creating a Linux SRT" (refer to the related documents section
below).
Download the following ISO image to the Linux BMR Boot
Server:
Bare Metal Restore Third-Party Products CD (3PPCD)
Refer
to the related documents section below for the link to this
image.
Once downloaded, either create a cdrom from the ISO image,
or mount the ISO image on the Linux BMR Boot Server and specify the path to this
ISO image when prompted as indicated above.
