If Exchange 2007 is installed on a Windows 2008 Server and Granular Restore Technology (GRT) backups are performed, the backups complete with exceptions because the correct version of Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects is not installed
Details:

Microsoft has released an updated version of Microsoft Exchange MAPI client and CDO update.  It can be obtained here:  http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=E17E7F31-079A-43A9-BFF2-0A110307611E&displaylang=en

During testing Symantec found some compatibility issues after installing the updated Microsoft Exchange MAPI client and CDO client package.  This has been addressed in Hotfix 304586.
