The Symantec Backup Exec for Windows Servers Advanced Open File Option is incompatible with Windows Vista.
Details:
The Symantec Backup Exec for Windows Servers Advanced Open File Option (AOFO) is incompatible with Windows Vista.
AOFO cannot and should not be installed on Windows Vista.
If AOFO is installed on a system that will be upgraded to Windows Vista, the option should be uninstalled prior to the Windows Vista upgrade.
If a system with AOFO installed is upgraded to Windows Vista, when a subsequent installation of a supported version of the Backup Exec Agent for Windows Server is installed, the installation routine will uninstall AOFO.
