Event ID 15 is reported during a cleaning job

Exact Error Message
Event ID 15: The device, \Device\Scsi\adpu160m1, is not ready for access yet.

Details:

With LTO Ultrium Gen 2 or 3, host bus adapter driver (for example adpu160m, symmpi) reports event ID 15 during a cleaning job.
The tape drive becomes a busy state for a long term while a cleaning media is installed on the drive. This is the reason for the event ID 15.
If the event ID 15 is ONLY reported during a cleaning job, this is normal behavior. You can ignore the event message.

Note: Event ID 9 may be reported if you are not using the latest firmware of the drive.

There are currently no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. This issue may be resolved in a future major revision of the software at a later time. However, this particular issue is not currently scheduled for any release.
