Restore job of Shadow Copy Components with Distributed File System Replication (DFSR) fails with the error "A failure occurred querying the Writer status"

A failure occurred querying the Writer status

Details:
Restore job of Shadow copy Components will fail with the above mentioned error if this is used in conjunction with the DFSR writers. This may occur if the DSFR configuration is not available. Possible reasons for this is if the configuration gets deleted or Active Directory cannot be contacted.

Solution:
To resolve this issue, restore the Shadow Copy Components by performing the following steps:
I. Restore the DFSR configuration via an Active Directory restore
II. Restore the DFSR replicated data
