Does Symantec Enterprise Vault (tm) for Microsoft Exchange support any hand held devices.
Details:
Symantec Enterprise Vault (tm) for Microsoft Exchange does not support any hand held devices, including Blackberry devices. Symantec therefore suggests signing up for Email Notification service for Enterprise Vault (EV) so that you will be notified regarding the new features included in each new release of the product along with other technical documents.
Symantec suggests signing up for Digests so all the information regarding technical documents and file publications in digest format on a periodic basis will be sent to the subscribed email address.  Symantec also suggests reviewing the Enterprise Vault Supported Product guide. (located in Related Documents)
Steps to register for E-mail Notification Service:
1. Go to following link:
 http://maillist.entsupport.symantec.com/subscribe.asp
2. For new subscribers, enter an email address and click Next to be emailed a password. (Figure 1)

3. For existing users, enter the email address and password to log in to the system
4. Select the Country/Region  and click Subscribe. (Figure 2)

5. Once the email address is subscribed, information will be presented such as Notification type(1), Notification Icons(2) and Products(3). (Figure 3)

6. Look for the respective product and click Add. (Figure 4)

7. Click Modify to select the appropriate notification service. (Figure 5)

8. Select the option Digest and click Next. (Figure 6)

9. Select the appropriate platform and click Save to complete the email notification subscription. (Figure 7)
