Backup Exec version 10d 5629 is not properly displaying cluster aware SQL 2005 data under the virtual server

Exact Error Message
"An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of SERVER. Microsoft SQL Server does not appear to be running or network connections are preventing access to it"

Details:
The icon for SQL server is not being displayed under the virtual server. Instead, the icon is seen under the active node, but is inaccessible, and will error out with the message listed above if selected (Figure 1 and 2).

Resolution:

This issue can be resolved by applying Hotfix # 13. This can be downloaded from our Support Web site. For more information, see the Related Documents section at the end of this document.
