Details:
The jobs appear in the Job Monitor as 'Ready; no idle
devices are available' when a Central Admin Server Option (CASO) is installed
on a Backup Exec (tm) 10.0 media server in a Shared Storage Option (SSO)
environment.
Perform the following registry change to allow Backup Exec
to use the devices:
Warning: Incorrect use of the

Registry modifications should only be carried out by persons experienced in the
use of the Registry Editor application.1. Click

Run2. In the
Run window, next to
Open:, type
regedt323. In the
Registry Editor window, double-click
