SQL selections greyed out/ not visible under virtual server in a cluster.

Details:
If SQL resources are not being displayed under a virtual server, verify that the Restrict anonymous Support key is set to the value 1.

To modify the value of the key, do the following:
1. Click Start | Run.
2. Type in  Regedit or Regedt32.
3. Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | SOFTWARE | VERITAS | Backup Exec | Engine | NTFS

4. Change the value of the Restrict anonymous Support key to 1 if necessary.

Warning: Incorrect use of the Windows registry editor may prevent the operating system from functioning properly. Great care should be taken when making changes to a Windows registry. Registry modifications should only be carried-out by persons experienced in the use of the registry editor application. It is recommended that a complete backup of the registry and workstation be made prior to making any registry changes.

The following are the two scenarios:

1. If Backup Exec (tm) is installed outside the cluster:

a. On Backup Exec Server

b. On both nodes of the cluster

The Backup Exec services on the media server and the Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers service on the cluster nodes have to be stopped and restarted.

2. If Backup Exec is installed inside the cluster:

Backup Exec Server (on each node)

The Backup Exec services on the media server on the Active Cluster node have to be stopped and restarted.
