There is an installation log (bepush.log) that can be used to troubleshoot a failed installation of the Remote Agent for Windows NT and Windows 2000.
Details:
The Remote Agent installation log can be used to troubleshoot failed installations. The installation log is named "bepush.log" and is located in the \Winnt\System32 folder on the remote computer.  

An example of a successful installation of the Remote Agent is listed below:
